Meet Kevin Heerdink, Training Director for T.I.E.

Kevin has an extensive background in Industrial Maintenance, and Automation. Kevin has been working to develop the training program with T.I.E. since 2023 and has taught students from several different industries including aerospace, automotive, defense, industrial plating, heavy machinery, and fast paced production facilities. He has also given instruction to small family-owned service businesses and assisted them in troubleshooting machine tools to increase their proficiency and abilities. Kevin’s passion is industrial machinery, electrical systems, and improving processes. He obtained an Industrial Technology degree in 2016 and has been involved in CNC, automation, as well as Industrial controls for over 15 years. Before his career with T.I.E., he supported aerospace manufacturing, oil & gas, and defense industries.
